Organized Chaos Planners and Specialty Books are all designed, printed and assembled by hand in Leduc County, Alberta, Canada.  All books are spiral-bound made with plastic single coil, 28lb bright white paper, 10 mil laminated covers. Other options such as planner band, folders, sticker sheets, snap-in tabs, dashboards, and page markers can be included.

Planner Sizing

  • Full Planner 8.5” x 11”
  • Classic Planner 7.5” x 10”  (8" x 10" with tabs)
  • Half Planner 5.5” x 8.5”  (6" x 8.5" with tabs)
  • Pocket Planner 4” x 6 3/4”

 

 

 Returns

Planners are customized and made-to-order, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

All products are final sale. 

 

Cancellations

All orders have a 4 hour grace period in which we will cancel and refund your original purchase price plus shipping. Please make sure that you double check all items (especially sizing on multiple products) in your cart and your shipping address before checking out.

After the initial 4 hours, your order is placed in the queue for immediate processing. No cancellations can be made after an order has been printed and a refund will not be issued. 

 

Errors/Defects

If your order arrives with errors or defects, please contact us. Buyers are not responsible for the replacement shipping. 

Please note variations can occur during the printing process. These characteristics do not affect the usability of our products are are not considered damaged/errors. Remember, these are hand-crafted products made right here in Alberta, Canada. We do not mass produce. There are bound to be differences in our products each time they are made.

 

Changes

As we cannot edit orders in processing, we will need to refund and cancel your current order. You can then place another order for the correct items. Please note: your order will lose its place in the queue. It’s always best if you need changes to alert us immediately. 

 

Shipping/Processing 

Organized Chaos Planners ships from Leduc County, Alberta, Canada using Canada Post. Your order will be processed within 3-5 days, shipping time within Canada is between 5-12 days.

Will I get a tracking number?

Your tracking number will be sent via email once we purchase the label. You can click the link in the email to be taken to the delivery service to see the status at any time. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking to update. 

Can I change my delivery address?

As soon as you notice your address is incorrect, email us immediately to give us the address where you need your items shipped. As orders go into processing within an hour of purchase, we have a small window in which we can make the change. We cannot change your address once the shipping label has been purchased and/or printed. 

When will my order ship?

Depending on how many orders are in the queue ahead of yours. Processing orders ranges from 2-14 days.

 

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Keep the original shipping package as it may be needed for filing a claim later. It’s also a good idea to photograph the damage as it can be used as evidence in the claim . Damaged items will be replaced, however items may not be exactly the same if it was customized.

 

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of instant download products, no refunds, returns or exchanges can be offered. 

 

Personalization

If there is a personalization error due to the customer mistake, a fee to recreate the custom product will be charged to the customer.
